Returns & Refunds Policy
At N23 Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since perfumes are delicate and personal products, we have strict policies for returns and refunds. Please review the following guidelines:
1. No Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered. This includes change of mind, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with the scent after opening.
All sales are final.
2. Damaged or Defective Products:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or broken product, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. To qualify for this, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Please provide the following documentation when reporting a damaged product:
A clear photograph of the damaged item
A photograph of the original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
A written description of the damage
All evidence should be sent via email to [support@ntwothree.com] within 24 hours of receiving the product.
3. Replacement Process:
After reviewing the submitted evidence, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
Replacements will be sent out within 7 business days after approval.
4. Refunds (if applicable):
If a refund is approved for a damaged product, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
